amazing location and amenities!

i found the location convenient as it connects directly to the namba parks mall. having a lawson convenience store and a labi electronics store right outside was so useful! there are also many shops and restaurants in the immediate area, and i found it easy to walk to dotonbori (a short stroll away!).

i noticed that the automatic check-in machines had some issues processing debit cards (i had to use cash).

the staff was accommodating. the rooms were cleaned daily. i enjoyed the complimentary drinks daily. i also found the facial cleaner and moisturizer provided useful.

The room cleanliness after housekeeping felt lacking. It was slightly disappointing.

the hotel offered self serve toiletries so that was acceptable.

The room was not cleaned properly. there were drink marks on the wall. It looked like coffee splashed and it was covered initially by the curtain. i guess the room attendant did not see it, because of that, and i also found some leftover hair in the bathroom.
